Indoor Air/Mold & Bacterial Assessments

Indoor air quality is a growing health concern both in our homes and workplaces. Indoor air quality is often a concern in air-regulated “tight” buildings producing health related issues from headaches, allergies, and cold-like symptoms to respiratory ailments. Mold colonization occurs due to the presence of visible or hidden moisture sources. Hudson Highlands Environmental Consulting has extensive experience in assessing both indoor air quality and mold/bacterial growth for residential clients as well as commercial, governmental, and education facilities. The assessments are conducted by inspecting the affected structure/building, collecting samples using state-of the-art sampling instrumentation and laboratory analyses, interviewing occupants and maintenance staff, and evaluating the data to provide sound recommendations for improvement of indoor air quality.
